DA Autoparts Opens New Metal Recycling and
Depolution Facility at the Garroch Business Park, Dumfries.

DA Autoparts is proud to announce the opening of their new car and metals recycling facility at the Garroch Business Park, Dumfries, pictured above.

The site will be dedicated to serving the car and metal recycling needs of the SW of Scotland.

Customers will be able to bring in their scrap cars and metals direct to the site and receive the best possible prices. Alternatively DA will organise for the delivery and collection of free small and large sized skips (depending on certain quantity and time limits).

DA’s aim is to provide their customers with a high-quality service that meets or exceeds customers expectations.

In addition to offering a new new scrap metal service, DA has expanded its vehicle depolution capabilities by adding  several new depolution rigs.

These rigs are used to remove all waste materials and fluids from the cars.

Today’s ever stringent legislation and regulations require all vehicles to be completely drained of harmful fluids before the cars can be dismantled and disposed of. 

These fluids must  in turn be disposed of in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.

DA’s ambition is to ensure that every vehicle that passes through the site will exceed today’s, and future, guidelines on car recycling.
